ORLANDO RAGE PLAYER SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

(2009 SEASON)

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this _____ day of ________, 2008, by and between the Central Florida Minor League Football, Inc., d/b/a Orlando Rage Football (hereinafter referred to as RAGE) and the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as SPONSOR).

            Whereas, RAGE is a Minor League (semi-professional) football team organized and existing in and throughout the state of Florida.

Whereas, SPONSOR is desirous of utilizing RAGE as a vehicle for providing promotional and advertising outlets to Florida communities.

Whereas, RAGE has certain advertising and promotional elements available for SPONSOR.

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable consideration RAGE and SPONSOR agree as follows:

            1.                   OBLIGATIONS OF RAGE: RAGE agrees to provide the following advertising/promotional elements for SPONSOR during the 2009, Southern States Football League Season, pre-season and post-season. Said season commences approximately January, 2009, and will continue through approximately May, 2009. The advertising/promotional services of RAGE will commence upon the execution of this Agreement and continue through May, 2009. Rage will provide the following:

·          Your E-banner and link displayed on the ORLANDO RAGE website.

·          Your company advertised on the public address system at half time, time-outs, etc., at least 2 times per home game.

·          2 passes to ORLANDO RAGE home games.

·          Opportunity to showcase your product/services before, during and after all RAGE home games.

·          2 Official Orlando Rage Football T-shirts.

·          Waiver of your favorite player's player fee for the 2009 season

2.             OBLIGATIONS OF SPONSOR: SPONSOR shall pay the sum of $500.00 to RAGE upon the execution of this Agreement. SPONSOR shall provide RAGE with reproducible, color (if applicable) business logo for use with all advertising or promotional elements.

             3.                   TERM OF AGREEMENT: This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and shall remain in full force and effect until May, 2009.

             4.                   MISCELLANEOUS: RAGE reserves the right to alter SPONSOR’s advertising logos in its sole discretion with respect to size, placement and colors. All advertising logos or other items provided to RAGE by SPONSOR or prepared by RAGE pursuant to the instant Agreement shall become the property of RAGE.
