ORLANDO RAGE SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

(2009 SEASON)

       THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this _____ day of ________, 2008, by and between the Central Florida Minor League Football, Inc., d/b/a Orlando Rage Football (hereinafter referred to as RAGE) and _____________________________ (hereinafter referred to as SPONSOR).

       Whereas, RAGE is a Minor League (semi-professional) football team organized and existing in and throughout the state of Florida.

      Whereas, SPONSOR is desirous of utilizing RAGE as a vehicle for providing promotional and advertising outlets to Florida communities.

      Whereas, RAGE has certain advertising and promotional elements available for SPONSOR.

      NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable consideration RAGE and SPONSOR agree as follows:

    1. OBLIGATIONS OF RAGE 

RAGE agrees to provide the following advertising/promotional elements for SPONSOR during the 2009, Southern States Football League Season, pre-season and post-season. Said season commences approximately January 17, 2009, and will continue through approximately April 30, 2009. The advertising/promotional services of RAGE will commence upon the execution of this Agreement and continue through April 30, 2009.

          2. OBLIGATIONS OF SPONSOR

SPONSOR shall pay the sum of _____________ to RAGE upon the execution of this Agreement. SPONSOR shall provide RAGE with reproducible, color (if applicable) business logo for use with all advertising or promotional elements.

(       ) RAGE Season Sponsor $4,000 (Regularly $5,000)

OR

(       ) RAGE Game Sponsor $2,800 (Regularly $3,500)

        

3. TERM OF AGREEMENT  

This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and shall remain in full force and effect until April 30, 2009.

4.  MISCELLANEOUS

THIS IS A SPECIAL DISCOUNT AVAILABLE ONLY TO SPONSORS WHO SIGN UP PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 15, 2008.

RAGE reserves the right to alter SPONSOR’s advertising logos in its sole discretion with respect to size, placement and colors. All advertising logos or other items provided to RAGE by SPONSOR or prepared by RAGE pursuant to the instant Agreement shall become the property of RAGE.

    RAGE SEASON SPONSORSHIP

    $4,000 (Normally $5,000)

      • Provide your corporate or company logo displayed on team uniforms (home or away).
      • Provide your 18' x 4' (approximate size) corporate banner display at all RAGE home games.
      • Provide your E-banner and link displayed on the ORLANDO RAGE website.
      • 50 passes to all RAGE home games.
      • Have your company advertised on the public address system at half time, time-outs, etc., at least 8 times per home game.
      • Opportunity to showcase your product/services before, during and after all RAGE home games including hand outs, giveaways, etc.
      • 10 Official Orlando Rage Football T-shirts.
      • At least 3 Promotional visits to your place of business by RAGE players and personnel.

    RAGE GAME SPONSORSHIP

    $2,800 (Normally $3,500)

      • "Game Day Sponsor" of your choice of RAGE home game during regular season.
      • Your E-banner and link displayed on the ORLANDO RAGE website.
      • 10 passes to your RAGE home game.
      • Your company advertised on the public address system at half time, time-outs, etc., at least 8 times on your home game.
      • Opportunity to showcase your product/services on the sideline before, during and after your RAGE home game including hand outs, giveaways, etc., and one Halftime Demonstration/promotion of your product/services during halftime of your game.
      • 10 Official Orlando Rage Football T-shirts.
      • Personal appearance of Rage Players at your place of business one time during game week.
